When I send content from Outlook 2007 to OneNote (as I often do) I get annoyed when it insists upon putting it in "Unfiled Notes" and making me move it manually later. 99% of the time I'm already looking at the section in OneNote where I want the content to go. So in OneNote I go to Tools | Options | Outlook Integration and I change all of the settings from "New page in Section..." to "New page in current section."
You can also use this if you want to create a custom section in OneNote that will act as a repository for content sent from Outlook. Just create your custom section in OneNote then change the default location from "unfiled notes.one" to whatever you want. And yes...that location can even be on a network share if you want to create a shared section for holding Outlook content with your team.
